Delivery & Shipping Information

We only offer Local Delivery of frozen, raw product, and that is only available to Greater Vancouver, Fraser Valley, and Squamish/Whistler BC residents. We do however ship all Freeze Dried and Treat products across Canada, with a flat rate shipping fee of $9.95 (orders of 3+ bags are shipped free).

Deliveries for Greater Vancouver and Fraser Valley customers are completed throughout the day every Tuesday of the week. Cutoff for Tuesday delivery is every Monday at 1:00pm. Our drivers have 3 weekly route zones with approximate delivery times below:

Vancouver & Surrounding Area: Mornings (8:00am - 12:00pm)

Surrey, Langley, White Rock, Port Coquitlam, Pitt Meadows & Maple Ridge: Midday (9:00am - 2:00pm)

Abbotsford, Chilliwack & Surrounding Area: Afternoon (2:00pm - 4:30pm)

Please note these delivery windows are estimates only. We utilize our own team of delivery drivers and vans that aren't immune to environmental factors, traffic, emergencies, breakdowns, etc.

Squamish & Whistler: Deliveries are completed on the first Wednesday of the month and are completed throughout the day. Order cutoff is 1:00pm on the Tuesday before the delivery day.
