Delivery & Shipping Information

We only offer Local Delivery of frozen, raw product, and that is only available to Greater Vancouver and Fraser Valley, BC residents. We do however ship all Freeze Dried and Treat products across Canada, with a flat rate shipping fee of $9.95 (orders of 3+ bags are shipped free).

Deliveries are completed throughout the day every Tuesday of the week. Cutoff for Tuesday delivery is every Monday at 1:00pm. Our drivers have 3 weekly route zones with approximate delivery times below:

Vancouver & Surrounding Area: Mornings (8:00am - 12:00pm)

Surrey, Langley, White Rock, Port Coquitlam, Pitt Meadows & Maple Ridge: Midday (9:00am - 2:00pm)

Abbotsford, Chilliwack & Surrounding Area: Afternoon (2:00pm - 4:30pm)

Please note these delivery windows are estimates only. We utilize our own team of delivery drivers and vans that aren't immune to environmental factors, traffic, emergencies, breakdowns, etc.
